Our Guides

Children appear as little enigmatic creatures that passionately try to cognize the world and all the objects around them.

Curious and trusting, imaginative and sensitive. They do not know that sometimes the process of cognizing can be dangerous, harmful and painful. They need our help. It is obvious. They need to be guided and taught by the adults. This fact leads us to the question of teaching and education, which in its turn arouses the question of communication. Communication, in its essence, always supposes the process of cognizing and discovering each other. If done successfully, it can bring us mutual understanding and support - an important guarantee of successful education and teaching, which means transformation of each individual involved in the process. Teaching children is impossible without studying them, analyzing their behavior, actions and reactions in this or that situation. All these help us to find an individual approach to each child, discovering at the same time his interests, abilities, strong and weak points of his character.

All the basic and necessary knowledge about surrounding world and universe is laid up in the mind of every individual in his childhood. In childhood one's world outlook and life values are being formed and defined, as well as the further way in life, the way of development, formation and perfection of one's personality. If the right way is chosen, it gives great chances for successful realization of a child in the future, during his whole life. Realization which, above all, must bring inner satisfaction, harmony, joy and happiness.

In addition we should never forget that when teaching children and studying them at the same time, we are also studying ourselves. Children... They are immediate and open to the world. Their minds and souls are not stuck in everyday problems and mundane bustle. Who else but children can appear the best teachers for the adults!

We, the adults - parents, teachers, educators and mentors - should base the methods of bringing up and teaching children on a slogan, stating that "Everyone is my teacher". And this is a truth.
